Although the chocolates are awesome. I didn’t like the way the staff treated us. There was an elderly philipino gentleman (staff) who was extremely disinterested in assisting us. He spoke out of great difficulty and had loads of attitude. On the other side there was another staff who was assisting other customers in a friendly manner ( I wish he assisted us ) May be this gentleman was having a bad day, or may he thought that we couldn’t afford pachi chocolates. I would definitely buy patchi but not from this outlet

Awesome chocolate varieties. This place has always amazed me. I have been a customer of this brand since last 5 years. I think no other brand can beat Patchi at their price range. Professional staffs and good display. Everyone likes the taste of this chocolate brand. My family really loves it! Highly recommend this brand to everyone here.
