This place did not disappoint at all. Genuinely a full 5 star!

Customer service was amazing, our server was so nice and I loved talking with him. And a big shoutout to the chefs which done such a good job with the amazing food they made.

The food was in big portions, soo much takeaway, which is gonna feed us for days!

The atmosphere was so nice, it felt so cozy. And somehow the place felt casual and formal at the same time, a strange mix indeed.

It also had that Chinese + Arabic vibe to it.

Would come again and again, and recommend to anyone I see on the street!!

We visited the restaurant to have a quick snack as we weren't too hungry at the time. We had the Rou Nang which is like a Beef and Onion Pie (28aed). It was quite good. Slightly overwhelming with the onion taste at the beginning. But the crust was quite good -- chewy and crispy at the same time. It needed a bit if dipping sauce and the chili oil made it more balanced. We also ordered the dumplings (30aed) which took 20mins to make. We regretted ordering them as the dumpling wrapper felt too thick and the filling had a bit of sour taste. Quite odd for dumplings. And the dipping sauce was ketchup, that baffled me so much. Safe to say we wont be ordering that again. But we'll definitely be back for the other dishes and the pie.

Ended at the Al Salam restaurant by fluke,
We were in international city looking for some Indian food at 12 last night, didn’t find any Indian restaurant and stumbled upon this Chinese restaurant, the friends were skeptical as we had always had Indian Chinese and never Authentic Chinese food . The Chinese restaurant served Uyghur style food from the north west part of China.
The waiter spoke Hindi and helped us choose the dishes.
We greeted with some lemon and mint tea( complementary)
We ordered starters, soup , 2 kinds of Noodles , some beef buns.
Can’t pronounce any of the names thought.
To our surprise we actually enjoyed the food,
The noodles ( tube noodles)were much better than the Indian Chinese noodles that we get.
They served an amazing chilly paste ( to die for)
The restaurant also sells the chilly paste.

One of the best Chinese food that we had in a long time.
Must try.

As’salam Uyghur Restaurant fresh made noodles ???? my first experience with this cuisine spicy oily but tasty ???? will definitely go back

Quite possibly the best noodles you can buy in the UAE. Hand made to order and perfectly cooked. Outstanding Uyghyr cuisine in the middle of China Town Dubai. I loved all the food except the grilled carp which I found full of bones and cumin which doesn't go well with delicate flavors like fish. Everything else was simply outstanding.
Nafeesa our server is an amazing server and we would go back for her and the food equally.

This is the only place where I go to eat the amazing Uyghur Cuisine. I love this place. Their staff is polite and their food is too good. Like their Kao Bao Zi (Oven Baked Minced Meat Buns), Te Se Gan Bian Chao Mian (Hand Made Spicy Dried Noodles with meat and veggies), Kao Yang Pai (Grilled Meat Cubes), Te Se Su Cai (Stir Fried Veggies with Walnuts), Gan Gou Zhua Fan (Meat and Carrot Pulao), Bo Pi Bao Zi (Steamed Buns with Minced Meat) and Hu Pi La Zi (Stir Fry Egg plant).

Uyghurs Cuisine located at food hub In’t city in Dubai. Foods are amazing, and prepared very quick so waiting time during hunger you don’t have to tensions. Serving plate size was great. Waiter customer service was exceptional. Highly recommended.

There is no way you experience same test in anywhere else in Dubai .
