hile sometimes it takes a while to receive the order (it's always busy), I love their passion fruit mojitos. Haven't quite tried anywhere else that makes it as good. Worth the wait to me

Pure cheaters..???? Be careful when you order anything. 2days ago me and my cousin had gone to their restaurant, we ordered 2 orange juices and they served us the juice in a small glass(12oz). They charged 12dhs(normally 6 or 7 in other restaurants for small glass)for a juice, if it is their price for a small glass of juice that's ok. But the craziest thing is when i asked about this to the cashier he said that this is the 'large glass' that we are serving????u200d♂️. I am confused about what he is saying, I've never seen this kind of foolishness in my 3 years of restaurant experience. I just left the shop without saying anything coz i don't want to make a scene in front of my cousin.
But i didn't give up???? next day i went to there with my friend, this time i ordered a medium size orange juice, i was curious about what they will bring to us????. As i expected they gave us the juice again in a 12oz small glass and they charged 10dhs for that????u200d♂️. It doesn't matter what size of juices you are ordering, they will give you a small glass and charge you as per you ordered, that is their specialty ????????

I called to order food for pick up, and guess what? They dont allow and you need to come for ordering and pick up ( That is pick up to them!!.)
That is why i called coz were late and explaining over the phone my situation and just prepare only the food and we will pay for pick up thats it!!! This only the restaurant that dont allow someone to call for your food to prepare for pick up!!!... i called nearby restaurant, to them why they allow? And why ASHANA ONLY dont?..im a regular customer but this im soo DISAPPOINTED!!!.

Very bad customer service, and food I never ate such kind of dosai in my life very bad and very poor un hygiene table. Very bad dont recommend for family and kids very small place with no proper service.

It's 24hrs hotel, U will get Arabic, Indian, Kerala style food all the time.

Very worst service. They won't treat as customer. No cleaning and very bad experience, too much of delay on ordering food. Don't visit this restaurant.
