I have ordered chicken chukka. There were 4 chicken pieces and they were only bones with a very less meat. It’s understandable but when I asked this question to the cash counter guy he laughed in front of everyone and started clapping. He even asked me what’s my nationality, I don’t know how my nationality is related to the question I asked. This was really rude and I am not going there again. Pathetic service and food. Really really bad.

Very BAD Service and attitude towards customers is completely WORST.
Last day i ordered Pepper Chicken charcoal (alfham) and they delivered Grilled Chicken, when i enquired they said this is that Pepper Alfham(image below). Also previously i ordered Biriyani Rice (image below) they gave spoiled Biriyani Rice, that too when i asked the delivery person said sometimes like this will be there. Great answer i received from them. I'm paying the correct amount and they are providing whatever they like and also spoiled food. Disgusting. Many times they have wrongly provided the food, i will order 1 item they will provide some other item.

Good ambience. Food is not that fresh. The chicken fry was burnt and the curry was TOO spicy. The orders to a lot of time and the staff didn't respond that well. Appam was OK ok.
