Extremely unprofessional team working in front desk. Very rude, 0 customer service experience. The insurance claim team takes more than 30 minutes to submit a request for approval. Even though there are literally 7 people in the clinic and not all of them yet saw a doctor. Why does the submission for approval take a long time? Thus, it is not the first time i have been waiting for this long. I left the clinic at 12:53 pm. Without doing the test, every visit of mine, they say that the system is not working, but it's not like always the system does not work. But the guy who sits at the PCR counter is rude and not helpful at all. Management, please train your team better. I came to this clinic for years in the old location, and the service was much better. After moving to a new location, customer service became so bad !!!

Had a very nice experience. Staff so kind and helpful especially Raji Johnny who helped me through my procedure. Dr Nishat is the sweetest. she was so caring, and checking through out how I felt, and reassuring. I came in with so much fear for the procedure but her warmth took away my fears. 10stars to these clinic.

Great and friendly service. This is my first time going to an Aster clinic and I could not have been more happy. I was in and out in 23 min with all of my issues attend to. Dr. Aditya was friend , attentive and knowledgeable!

I had my first dentist appointment with Aster Al Barsha. Had the best experience with the consultation. The dentist checked well & advised what needs to be done.

Dr. Shahid (Dentist) and Nurse Arunima are accommodating and very professional… Dr. Shahid is a good listener about my case and explained very well what should be the dental treatment to take… I like the clinic ambience and definitely will come back… Thumbs up ????????????????????????

Excellent Service.
I recently visited this clinic for my routine health checkup and received great service from the team. Staff was cordially polite and provided ample help from their side. Clinic has very ambient environment and my stay there was satisfactory. Thank you to the whole team.

Horrible experience with this clinic…
I brought my two kids for dental appointment more than a week ago.
Dentist said that they require a total of 6 dental fillings and that I have to come back another day for the procedures since they first need to obtain insurance approval.

They have applied for insurance approval only two days later and received rejections. This was surprising to me, since I have a good insurance cover and it should have been approved.

I immediately called my insurance company to understand they reason for rejection.

Insurance company explained that computer automatically rejected the requests because clinic indicated a wrong date of procedure. All they have to do is to resubmit the request with correct procedure dates.
I tried getting in touch with insurance section of this clinic but it absolutely impossible. The only option is to speak with the doctor’s nurse, who does not understand all the formalities.
I spoke to the nurse twice and explained the issue. Until today no answer from the clinic.
They just made money from insurance for our visit and stopped responding to my requests. The nurse informed me that she will get back to me but she never did.
Time wasted…
Now need to look for another clinic and go through the whole process all over again.
