They are very attentive. Even if they don’t have the item, they may bring it as soon as possible.

I found an item I needed online and thought I'd try the pharmacy I was walking past first to see if I could get it right away. The item I wanted was not in stock. I thought the pharmacist was quite nice in the store - apologized that he didn't have everything and I was happy to order online. However, when I ordered online, there was no delivery confirmation - the check out process doesn't tell you that their free delivery can take up to THREE days to deliver.
The reason for the low ranking on this store is because the customer service representative told me that if I would have ordered through the pharmacy, I could have had the product in 60 minutes. The man I spoke to should have offered me this service straight away. Instead I'm now stuck without my product for three days. When you're unwell, three days is a lot. Competitors are fulfilling online orders in 30 - 60 minutes (or 24 hours max). I'm completely disappointed that Aster cannot do the same.

really glad that i called this branch when i had an emergency when i was having a meeting in the near by hotel ! i called the branch asking for assist and advise and i spoke the gentleman there mr. ahmed and he was nice and helpful.

So easy to find and lots of spaces. I usually arrive at 07.40hrs and there are loads of free spaces.

Payed for the parking only to get a fine say I didn't pay in time don't know haw that was because I payed by the app

Won’t allow you to put your car registration in when laying cash at machine then they send you a fine weeks after saying you never paid!! Daylight robbery at its finest. Beware- take a photo of your ticket on your dash.

I have an early start, so pretty vacant, but the best thing is value for money. Would always recommend to anyone who want to park in Chelmsford. There are too many rip off sites locally.

Appalling car park. No lights there make it dangerous and dark - Britannia are not legally obliged to provide any form of lighting, so they don't. Yet they charge ridiculously high prices for the privilege. They also aggressively go after any slight overstays with hefty fines. In one case they charged £100 for an accidental 3 minute overstay. AVOID!

DO NOT PARK HERE
in 2 weeks I received 7 tickets stating I failed to pay despite having payed for the full day and displaying correctly. I've appealed and reported to trading standards won't allow 0 star rating
