Amazing place to live, good finishing, full amenities are available. Beautiful view from the apartment... overlooking the Creek/Canal and Burj Khalifa

Amazing view of downtown Dubai from the creek side. Only complaint was there was a mildew smell down the hallway on our floor. Luckily the doors sealed well and the smell didn’t go inside the room.

I live in this location and i love it
If you live here you don't need to go a lot in weekend.

You can Walk in the marina
There is some restaurant , the Design of the building is modern and attractive
Each podium has swimming pool , Gym , kids area and swimming pool )

However the rent is expensive comparing to the other area in Dubai .

Don't like the road plan, especially U turn is a big problem to reach South & North Towers.
Apart from above Creek Residences is beautiful and well maintained.

This area is very calm area and it is really very strategic place in term of accessibility
Rent cost is high
No Mousqe in the area
