My daughter was interested in a Herschel bag advertised at 161aed. When we proceeded to checkout, the cashier explained that the bag was 185aed and that a mistake was made. The assistant offered no apology and refused to sell the bag at the advertised price of 161aed. When I asked to speak with the Store Manager she gave me his WhatsApp number and requested that I take the issue up directly with the manager.
I have never come across such incompetent customer service as that encountered by Athlete's Co - Ibn Battuta Mall.

Rude staff. One Desi guy and black lady laughing at us and judging us while shopping. I took their photos and file complaint to Dubai Consumer Protection

Worst Customer Service.I brought shoe for my daughter and they packed one shoe size 17 and other shoe 18.5 and now refusing to return

Отличный магазин со скидками.
Внимательные консультанты, которые не просто напихали товара, чтобы добить до tax free, а нашли в зале, а некоторые вещи даже принесли со склада. Пюнеожиданно и очень приятно.
Если же вы хотите носить исключительно новые коллекции, то тут вам будет сложно ибо ассортимент новых колекций тут небольшой.

Followed Tara's recommendation ☑️ and it was a great little parking place ????.

Can't get closer to the trail as the trail runs through the car park!

Be careful on roads to car park, as they're unforgiving and no room to avoid a head on collision... Drive carefully ????

Beautiful place to walk and run. Decent size car park. Just don’t leave anything on display in your Car it’s a very quiet area.

There were enough parking spaces, it's free, it's easy to access for beautiful open space, and popular. One lane road with pass points either side. No other facilities but there are full facilities just up the road (College Lake). No shade either.

Beautiful views on a steep sided park with plenty of room even just to sit and watch the world go by or feed the birds and talk the sheep....they will listen.
