I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting The Home furniture store in search of a new sofa. Despite my initial hesitation due to the negative reviews about their customer service, I decided to give them a chance. Regrettably, those reviews turned out to be entirely accurate, and I strongly urge others to stay away from this establishment.

From the moment I stepped foot in the store, I was met with indifference and a lack of professionalism from the staff. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them. When I approached an employee for assistance, they seemed disinterested and unwilling to answer my questions. Their lack of product knowledge was evident, leaving me feeling frustrated and uncertain about making a purchase.

Furthermore, the overall atmosphere of the store was underwhelming. The layout was disorganized, making it challenging to navigate and find the items I was interested in. The lack of attention to detail in arranging the furniture displays further reflected the store's overall lack of care and dedication to providing a pleasant shopping experience.

What truly disappointed me was the dismissive and apathetic attitude of the staff when I expressed my concerns about their poor customer service. It was evident that they were not interested in addressing my issues or improving their approach. Their disregard for customer satisfaction was both shocking and disheartening.

Fantastic options and great customer service by Mohammed of the Ibn Batuta Store. Professional in every aspect. The ability to customize furniture and arrive at exactly what you want is fabulous. We were on our way to another store when we just stopped by The Home and were told that we could customize based on size, fabric and design. We stayed back, firmed up what we wanted and had our furniture delivered to us on the date committed. All in all, brilliant experience!

From Avery difficult client to be pleased. Outstanding sofa, better than my expectation.
Mohamed ibrahim is very professional, polite and helpful.
Rare to find such service.

I highly recommend this place as it will be my first destination when it comes to furniture.

Ordered a sofa that I saw at the showroom..asked for the exact same module and design + size and except for the color that I selected myself. Received it after 3 weeks. Damaged and I got 3 seaters instead of two..I’ve been calling non stop, sent an email and they aren’t making anything about it. I kept telling them they got me a 3 seater instead of two..showed them pictures, sizes and invoice and they laughed at me at the store instead of finding a solution. Kept telling me they don’t have a standard size for two seaters..how is this even possible. And on top of the wrong size they won’t do anything about the fabric damages and the low quality. Waste of time and money and definitely not recommended. I’m still waiting for a solution if not will go to consumer rights. This store isn’t recommended at all, save your time and money

Good concept of home furniture. You can buy ready samples or order customized furniture. The only thing that should be improved is delivery process (I bought bed from this store and they delayed with delivery up to one week), plus very bad customer service phone assistance , few days nobody picked up the phones ….

My experience with IBN BATUTA Store has been wonderful. Store manager Mr.Naeem is very supportive and goes extra mile to satisfy the customers. The whole staff is very cooperative, polite, humble and professional.

Highly recommended furniture shop in UAE. Especially the sofa's product they are customizing on your preffered dimensions and you can choose the fabric colours which is matching to your living rooms. They have helpfull staffs and manager too . SUPERB????
