We were 3 persons and stayed for 10 nights and had two suites. It was probably the best hotel and service we had ever experienced. Everyone without exception was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was a delight, as was the tea time and dinner in the lounge. There is a good selection of excellent restaurants in the hotel, and there are more in the nearby Atlantis Palm. The rooms are large and very well appointed, but the highlight is definitely the staff, starting from the drivers, to room service, the cleaners and to the butlers. We will definitely go again.

From the moment you step into the Royal you are met with impeccable service. You cannot fault them here. I just asked for coffee and Leon from counter made sure I had one no charge. It’s my first time to experience and so for very surprising. The room is cleverly designed and tasteful. We have club house access and my son loves it so far!

I had an amazing stay at Atlantis the Royal and I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel at home in no time at all.

The hotel itself was absolutely stunning, with impeccably designed and tastefully decorated rooms that were impeccably clean and spacious. The bed was so comfortable that I slept like a baby every night, and the views from my room of the skyline were breathtaking.

One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible range of dining options. From the delicious buffet breakfast with its endless spreads of food, to the exquisite meals I enjoyed at the hotel's various restaurants, everything was simply mouth-watering.

The hotel's facilities were equally impressive, with a fantastic spa and wellness centre, a fully-equipped fitness centre, and an array of entertainment options, including a stunning infinity pool that provided the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun.

Overall, I had a truly fantastic experience at Atlantis the Royal and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a five-star luxury stay in Dubai. All other hotels are ruined for us...
Haven't had a better experience before. Everything was amazing. Make sure to stay in a room category which gives you access to the royal lounge. The rooms were amazing with really nice amenities. The breakfast buffet at gastronomy is out of this world youll never find a better one. they even serve booze as part of the breakfast ????????. the service was great, they were very attentive and informed of all your requirements. e butler service was really good! already planning our next stay.
Only misleading thing was that even though cloud 22 is "included" in your stay you need to spend min 300 per person. would have been good to know before hand.

It gets busy in this hotel and their service at times take longer than expected (replies an hour after for guests) BUT overall great experience for us.

The service experience will be different for everyone because there are factors beyond the hotel’s control that causes delays (high demand for services). But when they’re not delayed, service is 10/10. The rooms are modern looking, clean and with nice views of the Palm.

Spectacular, yet somehow slightly... just very slightly underwhelming.

So to clarify, I was just what you would call a day visitor to The Royal, but I have personally spent 2 weeks in its older (Yet smaller in size) Atlantis The Palm, and I can vouch for a fact that THAT hotel was extraordinarily beautiful. We had such a wonderful stay there, and the nostalgia that hits every time I see that structure from afar whenever I visit Dubai is always welcomed.

It truly is amazing to see that there's a neighboring structure that can dwarf the original hotel! Regardless of what you think of this place, when you stand in front of it, the sheer mammoth size of the structure towering above you is a marvel of its own. The architecture is super unique, and there truly is nothing like it.

But is that it?

The place is by no means cheaply done when it comes to the interior. You can tell the finest materials have been used for the decor, and it houses alot of commercial... well, boutique and high-end novelty stores would be more appropriate to use here, for you to explore. Additionally, your dining options are plentiful, which is great. But... I think it may be too big for its own good?

It feels like there are lots of spaces that are just a large void, and the walking distance can feel a little tiresome as well. It certainly is a good workout, I'll give it that.

Thing is, there's nothing REALLY that sets it apart from other luxurious hotels, other than its size. It truly needs to have the level of entertainment that you would get from a cruise ship, because, why not? Might as well splurge a little more, and make this hotel a place you would spend a week in without needing to leave it at all!

All of that said though, I will be staying at this hotel at some point soon, and I know for a fact that my stay is going to be incredible. So, I'm definitely looking forward to that.

The hotel is super nice and amazing. I spent my day there and I had a great time.
However the way to access the hotel was not practical and the operator are not clear or helpful.
I wish if you could manage to make the communication better with the operator.
