Worst bank worst service I have called many times and send an emails also visited branch they are not updating my aecb report

They will keep promising customers that things are done and on track. They will tell you that your application is now submitted and needs 2 days to be active. And then they will disappear and the customer will start chasing him for updates. They will not answer your calls.

After 10days of frustration, the customer will find out that: There is no customer reference or ID or anything that proves the application was submitted in the first place. Therefore, the customer will be blind in this FAB process, with zero transparency.

Imagine how sad for the customer to go through all of this just to open a 'savings' account NOT a loan.

Conclusion: Don't waste your time with unprofessional agents who only care to sell you credit cards.

One of the worst banks in the world by any metric that matter to me. Nothing they ever did was done properly. Corporate Account opening took months, adding new currencies takes months, customer support is practically non existent and fees are exorbitant. No communication with staff and relationship managment is a misnomer. Would not recommend and am looking to change. Banking in uae is so poor that we are considering moving our business elsewhere because we can't get the service we require.

I do not even wish to give one star. I have used Dubai First credit card. They have refused to cancel the card and instead they send a new card. I didn’t even activate the card they charged 15th finance charges from them without any notification in msg or email they started billing the account with late fees and finance charges. In three months I have to pay 750 dhs without even using the card. I’m really fed up of calling the customer care. They repeatedly say will take care and close the card but it never happens. I’m really looking for support from central Bank or credit bureaus. They are so fraudulent

Worst service ever. I raised a complaint in April. Still not resolved. Go for other banks but not this.

PCR Test Is A MUST to enter this Building. Security Will not allow you to enter the building without PCR Test

Most unprofessional bank I ever worked with. Having a business account and no support at all. Opened a second company and again no support. Ignoring mails, calls etc etc. Business relation manager is a joke. Office is dirty and unfriendly. The area around the office looks like a ashtray with staff standing outside to smoke and the area full with cigarette buds. After several complaints by other FAb offices and no help at all decided to go for a other bank.
