This branch is Pathetic...Poor customer service... When you call to order, they just hang up. I called and said I want to order. The person said I will callback and just hung up..

Very close to my residence and one of the best super market in Al Jadaf. I get most kf the stuffs from this market since they have qost all the basic needs. The staff here is very good, very friendly and well behaved. The price is just like any other super market so price is not an issue anytime. You also get certain items from the Indian market so that makes me go here most of the times.

We know the rules in plastic bag but still there are other supermarket that they care about their customer that they still give plastics bag without charging 25 fils but they’re also supermarket that they charge but good quality plastics but your supermarket westzone charging the custumer for cheap quality plastic ? Ok fine charge it buti should have ur original plastic bag ,Westzone is a big scammer with this plastic bag and supervisor was very rude in this way of explaining to customer in al jaddaf westzone teach ur staff to talk in a nice way

Top marks for Howarth Road DIY & Plumbing, my husband bought some face masks and a few other bits n bobs there today and not only were they very reasonably priced but the owner was serving in mask and gloves himself and took safety procedures very seriously, which was good for both him and us...
