Mariam is an angel on earth. So easy to talk to, beyond helpful, and most importantly, honest. For the last year I have been in touch with Mariam I feel like she truly understands me as a person and a collector. Every time I walk into the boutique I feel so welcomed by her and it makes me love the brand even more each time. AP is lucky to have people like Mariam that represent them so gracefully.

The AP is nice and It's ok to ambience of the store. I didn't like the customer service. We are their customers and they are responsible for what we need. They should give us service.

Very nice boutique, every time i visit i get a better experience than before, very nice welcoming and friendly staff. Mariam is always there to help every time i visit the store and explain more about watches, makes my visit more interesting and every time i learn more things about AP. Highly recommended, and always feels welcomed there.

Mauricio along with his colleagues were fabulous,

The vibes super chilled, The shop looks immaculate,

Mr mauricio was highly knowledgeable about the brand, superb communication kills and very helpful

Not surprised as all people from Mexico are kind and warm

I bought a brand new AP watch from a reputed dealer 4 months before in dubai with company stickers on it. The watch case got discolored on the case after two months and some lines came on it and I went to AP showroom in Dubai Mall and AP employee acknowledged that it is discoloration and not the scratches because of wearing it. So they told me that we should send this watch to service center and it will take 3 to 4 months to get reply from them as they have lot watches for repair to which I agreed as I don’t have any other option.
They called me almost after 1 month now and gave me watch as it is and told me that they can’t fix it as it is required polish and for which I have to pay AED 2000 plus they will charge me extra AED 6000 for the service also they need to open the whole watch.
This experience made me felt that I have bought the worst watch brand in the world Which don’t give any value to its customer and Customer service. Their employees talk to clients as if they are doing some favour to us by even talking to us.

I strongly believe AP needs to look in to their customer service approach. I feel like I am cheated by AP by just selling their brand name and not the product..

Last night my son and I went to the AP shop in Dubai mall to buy a watch and we were told we only sell to our residents in Dubai not the tourists. Shocking and poor service very disappointed

They are rude with dealing with people they only will accept you as a human I you were there client

Wow, I love AP and wanted to look around and show interest. I walked in with my wife and basically were asked straight away if we were residents and as we were not they dismissed us straight away. I was in the store less than a minute. Not what I would call friendly or even courteous.
