First of all thank you for such a professional workers like Francisco and Kobi.
Francisco really inspired me with all the fashion knowledge. Best consultant ever. Because of him I bought new Versace item! Kobi made all of the paper work with check. Very polite guy. It was pleasure to be in your shop today guys! I’ll be back! Thank you once again!

Went to Versace Store in Dubai Mall and the staff here are very rude and unprofessional. They will look at you up and down like you cannot afford buying their products. I was supposed to buy a belt but nobody assisted me upon entering the store, I’m asking for the sizes and the SA answered very rude. There are only 2 or 3 customers inside the store and they are just standing and busy talking and gossiping to each other, I suggest to the management to review the cctv camera so that they can see that they are paying the useless staff. If you want to go shopping visit the MOE store or Level Shoes instead, I’m so happy with my purchased.

They are not helpful at all
We went there for my sunglasses warranty, they told us it has to be broken or some damage, we don’t do anything even not polishing????????

I came to buy a dress that was in the store on 31 Oct 2022. But security did not let me in...
shop was not crowded, but security told that we cannot enter, we should wait.. then 2 people left the store.. we wanted to enter because we were only 2people... but security still didn't allow us to enter. then one more person left the shop and in Versace was only 3 clients.. security still insisted that we cannot come to the shop because only 2 sales assistant are working today, so they cannot assist us...

Visited on 10th December, Staff not professional, unfriendly, rude & no customer experience at all. I still purchased an item but definitely not visiting Versace Dubai Mall Store again. The sales assistant didn't even know about the size. Was purposely telling wrong sizes to ensure I don't buy.

Only for classic and luxury people but however it's very chic choc I love it they have very good quality of jewelry

Great layout, great Park. Let down by the horde of swearing 10 year olds unfortunately. But to be fair their skate park etiquette was very good and they made room for my 6 year old to learn

Amazing skate park. There is also a football pitch and play park. There is rubbish in the play park and the Skate park is a little small.
