Be wary, the positive reviews left here are by the building staff. The Apartment finishing is bad, the owner along with his company are dishonest and unprofessional. And the noise levels from the main street and nearby construction can get unbearable at times. Lived there for one year then moved to another location in Dubai, huge difference in quality and peace of mind for the same rent price. Think twice before you rent there.

Pros:

- Beautiful building
- very happy staff
- great owner/developer
- nice apartment design/spaces
- gym & pool
- quality appliances
- value for money
- prime location
- super deluxe

Cons:
- little finishing flaws as you rent in but maintenance will take care
such as bathroom smell, AC smell, little peeling on walls.

Overall: I am happy thanks to God

Superb spacious, apartments comparatively bigger than most in the neighborhood, Apartments undoubtedly have huge open space for balcony. Based on your budget, you can look for your suitable place. It's worth a visit and definitely value for money!

Clean, spacious, Prompt building maintenance team, reasonable rent.
