One of the worst supermarkets, extremely rude and zero knowledge staff. They hike the prices for daily essentials on a monthly basis.
When it comes to delivery you have to follow up every 15mins and they keep on giving you answers 5mins 5mins. They take more than an hour to deliver within 1km of range. I strongly don't recommend ordering from here.

They are very responsive and quick to bring you what you need and always smiling. A few days ago we asked for eggs, some of them were damaged and made my wife and I upset. But when we reported it and they replaced it with a whole new sheet. They make you feel special as their client. Very good customer service ????

A complete ripoff place delivery is delayed and they charge higher prices than any other grocery in JVC and they purposely send you slow-moving expensive stuff when you order via homedelivery and the reason is no stock. There are better groceries and supermarkets worth a try. The guys are very rude and the delivery guys don't even understand what you are trying to say. Same is the shopkeepers in the shop who try to take your order
