Took my car in after a minor accident In the dessert. Manager Mr. George, Mahesh, and the entire staff including mechanics, painters etc, did a fantastic job. They're transparent, honest and their work quality is excellent. There were no hidden surprises or fine print. Truly commendable service. Reasonable prices.

Thanks to Mr. Saleh for the warm welcome and his great help even though he is in accident department but still never hesitated assisting, time punctuality early morning. Serviced my car without any delay with speed and ease. I would like to thank Mr. Mahesh for his support too. Auto central recommended especially for fleets.

Excited when purchased vouchers from sales person but disappointed with the service, waiting time is too long despite taking appointment. 1 Service- A/C check/ Gas Filling u003d OK, 2 Service- Car Wash/ Diagnostic Check( no report) - Below Average.. Appreciate management to take a look.

I was lucky enough to be met by Salih, despite he is responsible for the accidents case, he took full responsibility to service my car. The first nice experience with auto central as a result of his approachability, friendliness, and professionalism. The service of my car was done on time and the issue was fixed with honesty and transparency. Thank you Salish. In addition, Mahesh who look after the accounting, was friendly, professional and pleasant person to deal with. In fact people like Salish and Mahesh are the ones who are making the difference. Very good customer service indeed. Auto Central recommended. Thank you!

I want to thank Autocentral team for their special service and quality of work.. I always come back to them when I have any technical issue and they always go beyond my expectation. I have been dealing with many workshops in past however I stopped going to others after working with Auto Central team due to professionalism, quality of works, transparency, flexibility and going extra mile. Special Thanks goes to George for offering an excellent service and providing the right and transparent guidance ????????????

When i bought the coupon they said they use the oil specic to vehicle. When i came for the service they use Total Engine oil for all the service. They do not have Chrysler oil and they refused to use Mobile oil for the coupon. Very bad experience from Umm ramool auto service. People who sells the coupo, they just blaber some info to get there targets. Big Companies like Al mazood is not reviewing there quality
