Worst experience of my life, after paying full amount, no one is bothered to transfer the documents to my name and hand over the car to me.
No one is taking My calls, no replies to the whatsapp I have sent.

This is a nightmare, never deal with pioneer auction.

They have very bad customer no body answer the calls , and no body bothers to make effort for returning the deposit emails phone calls . It’s like a night mare never deal with them again and be carful

Overall I will rate pioneer auction good. Mr.Sajid very professional and helpful. Mr.Dildar is very professional and own excellent customer service skills.

I am selling every week 2 to 3 vehicles in auction but funny part is every single car which i sent to pioneer auction was diagnosed with gear and engine issues. I have no idea what’s going on tester mind. Unprofessional tester who really don’t understand anything. Unprofessional tester.

One funny story i wanna share. I sent one vehicle for sale in pioneer auction. As per pioneer tester diagnosis vehicle chassis damaged and vehicle was made of two Pieces with joint chassis. Next day I took Same car for passing and it was pass and registration done without any hustle.

Unprofessional and zero knowledge of vehicle testing . I warn pioneer management many times but they don’t care customer concerns. If this kind of testing reports will be issued I am afraid I will not do any further business with pioneer . Pioneer need serious and immediate actions to gain customer confidence.

I can bit I will bring a brand new car and let this tester check the vehicle he will mention “ signs of accidents “and “gear engine issue“. It’s the typical diagnosis by Him in every Single car. Another diagnosis will be such as “ bushes worn out” “ sign of leaking and overt heating etc”.

Ridiculous!
