Fantastic B&B a short walk from the town centre. Super comfy bed, great shower, excellent refreshments in the room. Breakfast was amazing. Recommend the porridge with whisky and cream, especially before a hike up Ben Vrackie! Lovely place to stay on our road trip

Another B&B truly worth 5 stars.
Fantastic location at a 5-minute walk from the centre of Pitlochry, internal car park, a large garden, buildings completely renovated and constantly maintained with an excellent mix of ancient and modern styles.
Our en suite room under the roof was large yet cosy and comfortable, with top class beds in which we slept beautifully. Top class also the bathroom, comfortably spacious and with the most spacious shower I have ever seen.
The breakfast is served in two adjoined rooms: in the first, besides a few tables, there's the buffet of the cold items, while the second is a long, beautiful wooden pavilion with glass walls and at the far end a modern wooden fire in a sitting room. The breakfast hot items are instead prepared on the moment, and in our experience everything was absolutely delicious.
The only problem has been... staying just one night!

Yes! What a cracking place this is! Stayed just one night but would have happily stayed more. Room 8 was great & was one of the cheapest. Spacious, light & a great view. Breakfast was superb! Full Scottish included, excellent quality & the whiskey, cream porridge is worth the stay alone! They also have granola, pastries, yoghurt etc. The property is stunning & has a sun trap back garden. Thanks John, it was an absolute pleasure! ????

We stayed only one night on our way up North, but it was a very good choice. Parking is available at the Frontyard John greeted us when we arrived, even though we were a little late. We had Room 4 on the 1st Floor and you need to climb up 2 Flights of Stairs. The Room was large with a King Size bed and enough closet space for your stuff. Bathroom was a little bit small, but manageable for one night. For Asian and Muslim guests, it is possible to fix a Travel Shattaf in the bathroom with the right adapter.

It’s a short 10 Minute walk into the town of Pitlochry with Restaurants, Pubs and Shops. Most of them close early, but a quick check on Google will help if you’re looking to have Dinner.
The House was very quiet in the Night even it was fully booked. There’s a Lounge downstairs that can be used to Meet and Sit until 10pm. You are also allowed to bring Food from outside and eat it in the Dining Room.
For Breakfast you need to book a Timeslot in advance when you check in, so they avoid that the small Room is overcrowded. You can also choose a Full Scottish Breakfast or only single items in advance (the night before, you’ll get a paper to fill out). Breakfast was small but more than enough, there was a little problem with the pre-ordered Food Items but it was not a big deal for us. You’ll get Coffee, Tea and Toast upon order and on the Buffet you’ll find different Cereals, Jams, Spreads and Juice.
Would definitely stay here again when around.

Clean and well maintained facility, room was cozy and breakfast was great with different choices. Host is very nice and attentive.

Very comfortable room and Hotelis well situated in the town with only a five minute walk to the centre.
Staff were very helpful and friendly and offered good alternatives to eating out etc in the town.

Fabulous stay at Craigatin House - great location, beautiful rooms and porridge that surpasses any expectations! Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to revisit.

The breakfasts are very delicious. Our room is spacious, comfortable and clean. The gardens are lovely. The service is wonderful. I would love to return again and hope many people come here to stay. Thank you.
