They deserve no stars. I second the earlier comment. Do yourself a favour and do not contact them. You share pictures with them, they offer you the price and they will confirm the time, after 3 hrs or so they will inform you that it cannot be sold. That too after you contact them. The sevice is poor and communication and knowledge that they posses is even more poor.

Absolute scoundrels and con men. They will promise you a high amount when you send them pictures and then when they come to collect at the last moment they will crash prices and leave it to you to want to sell or not. Bu this time if you are short on time or vacating the flat you would have no option left than to sell.
