I wish I can put zero stars. My car has been there for almost 2 weeks now and I have to chase them every couple of days to get an update. Got a call yesterday saying that the warranty provider will give approval today and then after that they’ll call me back for an update. Still no update. Called the guy again 3 times today but no answer. Every time I message him he takes around 2 days to reply to me. This review is not about whether they can fix a car or not (I still don’t know), its about the lack of communication and terrible replies and even tone when speaking to you on the phone like you’re being unreasonable for asking to be updated. When a family member of mine went there and argued with him about the unprofessional service, he apologized and started replying to me. 2 days later we’re back to the same thing. Super unprofessional and not recommended.

Brought my BMW in for service and the team was extremely professional and honest in the process. I am always skeptical of auto shops, but Auto Hun earned my trust. If I have to give any feedback, they were a bit slower to call me (took 2 days instead of 1 day), but it was clear they were busy and I’d prefer them to put in the extra attention anyways. I’ll back back again!

Mega, Supa Noice!
I took my brand new Suzuki Jimny there, directly from the showroom to install the following stuffs:
1 x Skar Audio 5 channel amp with bass remote
1 x pair Cadence Sound full range two way coaxial speakers 4’
1 x pair Cadence Sound full range two way coaxial speakers 5.25’
1 x pair Skar Audio elite dome tweeters
1 x Kicker 10’ Solo Baric subwoofer closed enclosure with LED grill and remote
Sony Apple CarPlay 9’ touch screen player with remote.
I must say, they did a fantastic job including sound proofing. First time I visited them was when my biker colleagues (IMRG-Indian Motorcycle Riders Group) went there for detailing works on their bikes.
The LED grill of Kicker’s Solo Baric sub is a pain to fix but these guys did it with ease, including all controls to the steering wheel.
I think they are a bit pricey but when compared to their quality work, it’s certainly worth.
A place I would highly recommend!

Came in for dent repair on my front bumper and Isaac made things very simple for me. Easy drop off of my vehicle, good and friendly customer service, and my car was ready the next morning with pristine repair of my bumper. Looks brand new. Will be using Auto Hub again for other works on my car. Great experience.

It's a professional garage, I contacted them online, Many thanks to Mushtaq, he was very friendly and straightforward. I got the buttons refurbished in an hour and they did a good job at a good price. The location is easily accessible and the staff are welcoming. They answer all your queries and they're good with their work. They know what they're doing. Much thanks to Victor for buttons work and shaan for the prompt conversation. They have a waiting lounge as well . The ambience is good.
I vouch for AutoHub, if you want to get the buttons refurbished.
They do have various services available, have a discussion with Mushtaq for your requirements and he'll suggest honestly. Thanks AutoHub!

This is to share my disappointment with the service I received from Auto Hub.

Firstly, I observed a lack of attention to detail throughout the service process. I even asked to check the car alignment but this was overlooked, and when I checked with the staff on this when I received my car, he said that I did not inform about the alignment!! Wow!

Furthermore, the level of customer service demonstrated by the staff was below average. The communication was inadequate, with minimal effort made to keep me informed about the progress of the service or any unexpected delays.

It is unfortunate to have such a disappointing experience, I had expected a higher standard of service, attention to detail, and customer care.

Had a pre purchase inspection done here and it was a great overall experience. Isaac was communicative and responsive throughout the process and the report was very detailed. The price value for service is also excellent. Highly recommended!

Replaced aircon pump and filter, also repaired coolant system. Service and communication was excellent. Thanks to Isaac for keeping us informed and getting the work done in good time to a great standard. Would recommend.
