I went to this garage before eid adha holiday, In my car the A/C is not working properly.

I was impressed by listening to their advertisement in radio Fm .

Then mechanic inspected the car. They came up with the solution to replace the compressor.I said okay since the way they said the issue.

The 2nd hand compressor was replaced with a very expensive amount. They first said its 600 . But after fixing everything at finally when they was giving me the bill it was printed 798!

I was shocked,and I asked why???
The cashier replied its with vat and fixing charge .
I have no idea, because
They said compressor cost
350. And they have charged me alot 448 , its doubled the compressor for fixing .

After fixing the A/C ,I couldn't say no for it so I paid out of my budget and I struggled with the month for most other work because its like a huge........

Excatly After fixing A/c compressor had low cooling and. Fan was working with heat, after that they said that there is a leaking in evaporator.

I didn't fix because I don't have enough cash to do that , so with that issues I kept riding,after that when I switch on a/c the car starts to vibrate and car switches off , at one point it stopped in between the road.

After I went to garage again they said the compressor is gone you have to fix another one.

They said then for the fixed one there is no guarantee its only for 2-3 days.

So, I asked them whether I have to bear the loss???
You have to take care of your Customer
I said them I can't bear the loss and their answer is not acceptable.
After that, they agreed and brought another used compressor .
They. Fixed it, and they took signature no guarantee and warranty indirectly asking not to come back again.!!

After one day same issue. So visited different other garage; mechanics inspect the car . Ac pipe line was jam it was not clean said same compressor available with them for very low price I m very shocked ..

My intention of this review is to not to make loss to this garage but to be aware of these.
The worst part is they are not responsible for their work.

Please be aware of these cheaters!!!

One of the worst car service centre in dubai.. In 2021, I dropped my car in their garage for an issue. They couldn't diagnose the fault but they simply told me to change the fuel pump , I agreed to change it. After changing the fuel pump, within 2 days again I faced same issue in my car. Then they changed the fuel pump for second time. This time , my car was not even starting. After 2 days, they accepted that they couldn't diagnose the actual issue. I spent around more than 1500 aed to heard this from them. Pathetic service. Finally I gave my car to hyundai service, they fixed the issue which was just wiring issue and it cost onlyy 250 aed. Dont get cheated after hearing continously ads in fm.

Worst customer service ever. Owned by a Pakistani mechanic who doesn't bother to pick up the call after paying up the money. Car work was done, but as per the other workshops, they have not checked the number of reasons before changing a part. Better alternative solutions were to be done. Instead, he concluded and replaced the whole part with a huge bill burning through my pocket. Think twice before you end up there.

I appreciate you and your professional team members,
I have approached many services center's regarding car boot system for Lexus RX 350 which wasn't opening through remote. AUTO LANKA GARAGE fixed it for low price. " cheap and best ".
They where also happy to clean my inside out before I picked it up .
Highly recommended !!

Look for Noufal. He is very accommodating and friendly. He will help you. Service is great as well and very fast. All the works they did are professional and you can also see from above what they are doing in your car. Recommended!!!

Very bad experience with this workshop, not bothering to make customer wait for 1 week without any action on car, simply make customer wait and with excuse that the person who work on the car is traveling out side the country

I was recommended this garage by a friend, the craftsmanship was of very poor quality. I visited the garage to replace front brakes and repaint and refit the front bumper. I now have squeaky noise coming from the brakes and the bumper was not clipped in property and sticking out.

In one word - "Horrible" below is my experience -

I selected an offer they had for painting the car and end result is nothing short of disastrous. The painter himself thinks as if he did a favor to me by painting my car for free . Once I saw the car, I had to tell him where all the over spray was and it was promptly dealt unprofessionally. The painter literally told me - "Why do you want to get these places painted when no one see it and that I am painting the car for cheap" Can you believe he did not even cover my car exhaust while painting and it was all over sprayed?? My windshield has all the marks of using blade to scrape off the excess spray and the car already has swirl marks after fresh painting!!

Soon after collecting the car and driving home I found that my right side power windows won't fully come down and right side power mirror cannot be adjusted sideways. I am not going back again to get these rectified as they will say that these issues were already there with the car. The only reason I went with them was to save some money painting and I did not want to leave my car for long time in Sharjah Industrial Area as catalytic converters for these cars usually get stolen and my regular mechanics in Sharjah don't paint.

The owner himself [if he was actually one] was another guy who was teaching me how stuff electrical components work when I had specifically informed their supervisor to remove the battery if they are not starting the car for more than 3 days as I already had an issue of battery leakage. It was just my luck that the battery did not completely die.

What a waste of time, energy and mental torture!!
