Sadly these guys failed to modify my boyfriends car, they said it would take 4-5 days but it took 6 weeks and we had to remove it from the garage because it still wasn’t fixed after several promises and we were tired of waiting and being lied to. They don’t know what they’re doing when it comes to performance cars and have awful management and customer care.

worst garage experience ever!!

i came to change some spare parts suspension,spark plug and some minor works (routine service) . my car was doing great before i sent the car to the mechanic, as the car was given back to me without being checked they just changed the part. steering was tilted to the right majorly and there is more sound than before when the car is moving, not to mention that they changed unwanted/flawless parts in the mid of work where i knew about only in the bill without even asking me. the mechanic couldn’t evaluate the car properly. the car kept going to garage back and forth for almost 3 full days and every entry cost 700-800 AED knowing that i purchased 80% of the parts from other spare part shop.

in conclusion, something must cost 2000AED costed me 4000AED and wasted 3 days of my time going back and forth with taxis. my friends recommended me to try it and i was so disappointed of the service, quality and zero communication. if the shop can’t handle a small job in a KIA i have no idea how they can handle high end cars.

Highly recommend garage, The service and mechanics are efficient .also all of their employees are very kind. The garage have lots of space for work .and if you want any used cars they have so many verity of it
