Do not consider this garage for insurance claims!!! Never use this garage if you want an efficient and reliable service. Incompetent staff & extremely poor quality of work!

Avoid at all cost!!!

The mechanics are not experienced to do the job that needs to be carried out.

Work was performed on brake drums. Mechanic does not understand the basics of brakes.

First time components were changed but tension springs were not changed which prevented brakes from returning to relaxed position.

Second time the springs were replaced with incorrect tension resulting in a 2 week waste of time.

Recently had damage to Ford Edge at front due to accident and my insurance company uses Autowings. It took 2 weeks for parts etc but once returned the repairs were excellent like brand new car - a few weeks later rear view camera was not working and with oil change and assessment they noticed issue with axle boot - genuine ford parts ordered as shown on whatsapp photos and their quotes very competitive when comparing to others. Fast and efficient.

Vineesh was really good to work with and provided me with all the answers to my queries. My first choice from now on.
