I had a bit of anxiety having read some negative comments about Autobahn.

Experience is unique to you and everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

The service I got today 27/06/2023 at Autobahn was excellent. I was welcomed with a smile from the gentleman who does house keeping, the reception lady, the technicians and the sales team. Mr Sumesh is a man of honour. Gold medal to you Sir.

For the actual work on my car which is the reason why I give 5 star, the service was done in record time while I waited. Besides being kept informed, I could also now and then walk to my car and see the progress of the work. One thing that is a snag is not being allowed into the workbays which is policy for many workshops but it is different at Autobahn. Please don't stop this practice. Customers always want to see what's happening to their cars.

Today was a success and the beginning of a new relationship and I hope the standard of service I received today others get to experience it as well. Well done Autobahn Team.

Yeah don't go here. I have a agency maintained 2009 chevy lumina. It needed quite a few fixes like some major leaks, brake change and other things. The agency total was 64k, autobahn quotated for alot of the list for 14k. The car is only worth 15k but it holds massive sentimental value. Well now the car shakes and misses on start up, and they think the car is perfect. Which is even more concerning, how any mechanic can think that is normal should be ashamed of themselves. The car can't be driven over 120kph now without massive shaking so no more trips to abu dhabi. I knew i should have listened to the mustang guy in the reviews. Beware, they don't know what they are doing.

My friend referred me autobahn..and he said that he had a very good experience. Hence I tried it and i totally agree with my friend.

The service booking was easy and quick..free vehicle pickup and drop off service....got work progress updates with pictures being shared..and i feel the work has been done pretty well...in addition after sales inquiry asking customers how the service was itself gives an impression on how well established and high standards autobahn is maintaining.

Special thanks to Mr. Sumesh and his team who took care of everything.

Untrustworthy..I used to deal with them for my Shelby Mustang and I trusted them until I noticed a weird performance in my car after doing a 6000 dhs job. Long story short, turns out they didn’t change a single part of what they quoted me and they charged me full price…not a single part was replaced, god knows if they even replaced the engine oil and engine oil filter or not. Stop using this business and report them.

I have gotten my Range Rover serviced at Autobahn for the last 2 years and I am very satisfied with the work they perform. Mr. Sumesh is a reliable and knowledgeable advisor.

One of the best and reliable workshop I found. Sumesh is the best person , very helpful to client and also helps to find out the exact issues in the car and fixes the same.
Best thing is he never rushes to finish the job and return the car. He takes full time to fix issues and returns the car after all testing done. I have dodge charger 2014 model and had been to many garages in Sharjah and dubai but finally had come to the correct place. This was my 4th experience with AutoBahn and must say they take the perfect care of your car. I went there with many issues and all are now fixed perfectly. Highly recommend with 5****.
