Had a lovely experience today at autopro 7025. Nizamudeen upsold me to have my car polished to make it shiny - usually with any thing like this I am a 'NO'. But so happy I did - I not only availed the special summer price... however I have an exceptionally shiny car. Nizamudeen professionally and carefully applied the coating - and he was so friendly. Thank you!

Excellent service. Was advised of the quiet time to ensure my time was optimised, and the crew provided an efficient and thorough brake and steering assessment, a quote for repairs, and ensured the car was road worthy. Well done to the Auto Pro 7025 team.

Avoid the tinting service. I went to get my car tinted as it was a promotion but the catch is that it doesnt have any warranty.

Just because it didnt have the warranty, the technician did the poorest job he could possibly do in applying the film.

Why would you do a promotion if you cannot do a proper job once.

For such a refutable company, they would do such a shoddy job. Such a shame Autopro, you are not a “pro” as you claim you are.

Look for Sareesh (the best technician)!!
I have been doing my car service at Autopro since 2 years! I had only 1 bad experience at here but since Mr. Sareesh (technician) took charge to inspect the car to find out genuine reason, I now don’t let anyone touch my car except him. He is very humble and kind hearted. He never tries to rip of customers.
I give him 5 star for his attitude and service.

I had a very bad experience with their communication they will add a tremendous number for labor charge. Changing bulb costing 16aed they are taking 32aed Labor charge which is not logical and at the end they will inform you.

Worst and laziest staff I’ve ever seen. They were pretending they’re never changed oil for a Porsche. Then they admitted the shift change is happening soon. Its clear they just dont wanna work. Went to another autopro and they helped and did a great job 7080

Excellent service. Shout out to JoAnn for helping me today. I really appreciated a woman helping me choose my tyres today. My husband normally does the car maintenance but is out of country and I needed new back tyres desperately. JoAnn helped me understand prices, tread differences and which tyre would be best suited for my vehicle. My husband told me to stop by here first and I'm very happy I did. ???? thank you for all your help. Thank you mechanic's for doing great and fast job.
