I went There today morning around 1.15 AM a lady staff is there she said we closed then why the board showing 24 HOURS

I had to wait about 15-20 mins before I got my order taken but the guy was doing the online orders. Rather hire another employee or don’t put too many orders onto this subway. I don’t know it’s was way too much time for a place to take an order.

This used to be my go to branch but today was a terrible experience!

1. New guy in branch not switching gloves after dealing with cash had to tell him
2. They were out of tomatoes and onions - excuse that they are fixing ac inside
3. After being served the sandwich which I requested it to be extra toasted, the chicken was literally still frozen
4. I gave it back after having to listen to the ac maintenance excuse again
5. He took the sandwich which I bitten into and took it apart, took the chicken and put into the oven, then put the sandwich together and served it back with the torn papers

While doing that some maintenance guys with dusty shirt, arm and shoes walk into the food prep area behind this guy and start removing a sign without any protection of the food below.

This is not acceptable and raising it for subway to take notice. I’ve been eating at subway for more than 25 years and this never happens. Not sure why can’t they close for a day to sort their stuff out!

I am going before 1 h at 6:14 exactly to eat my breakfats before go work near the macdo accidently i see a cockroach in the fridge so i tell him plz stop my order and he see it but he can’t do anything i was confused and surprised why they don’t care about the cleaning so direvtky stop my order and run away never again… i am bot trying to avoid anyone but what i see it was really discusting

Your ridiculous collecting of the loyalty stamps makes you pay more in the end!!!!!!
A veggie footlong sandwich is 26 aed and with the full voucher you pay 27!!!!!!!!

One poor person working and serving us. we are more than 10 people waiting plus delivery people are also waiting SUBWAY. Where are your staff and this was in the weekend you need to increase your staff in the branches. This is ridiculous. Waiting for nothing. I left and both McDonald. It took me 4 min only
