I am a regular customer of this place where Mr Aries always friendly and very accommodating at all times even in a busy time. Mr Aries has a wonderful team management of his crews and he always prioritizes customer satisfaction and same time taking care of his team, and the institution. I have no hesitation recommending Mr Aris services to all friends I know.

I’m writing this review to the management and to help consumers to make more informed decision if they are considering Autopro for tires and wheels. In short sentence, they are not ethical. I took their service to fit my wheels and tires and do the wheel balancing. The service took a long time and I had to wait till 11 at night so I could not do a test drive for any vibration. Also I had noticed the employee was on hurry (as his bus is waiting him) and was not doing the balancing properly. I’m not an expert in the machine they use but I could understand little bit when the screen shows red icon. I let him finish his job and I took the car to home nearby. Next did a test drive on motorways and I could feel the vibration when I cross 100 kmph. I called to inform and they asked to bring the car. When I brought the car they say I have to pay again for balancing and if not I have to buy the new tires. While I have been using the same tire so fine couple of months back. They don’t even accept to do a test drive to see. Only money no ethics.

Great customer care ???? and friendly staff. They have oil change , tyres , and batteries and other services. Prices are reasonable plus you can get points in enoc "yes" application. Will recommend to others.

The service advisor Aris at the reception is very helpful and informative. I had come to replace the brake pads and oil change of my koleos and he ensured that the technician does a perfect job. The technician knew his job well.
Amazing team, aligned with each delivering amazing customer service.
A big shout out to the management to say these are your true assets.
Keep it up. Will always come to this place in the future.

Today morning visited this service centre for my car tyre nitrogen air filling. Only one technician was there & he was busy also. The workshop in charge a smart guy named Manish came and filled my car tire air. At first i thought he is just a supporting staff and i gave him some tip but he ignored it politely and said my company is paying me enough. Really feeling happy & respect for that guy. Very friendly & well behaving.

One of the best car experiences I have had in some time now. The mechanic sajith was really great when it comes to highlighting faults within the car, educating me on how to keep the car in a good condition. Overall I would happily recommend this service center for everyone to come visit and get their car serviced and taken care off

I just had my vehicle's engine oil change and flushing in this autopro.. i will probably go back in this shop again for my next oil change and will probably share my good experience to my friends. The guys in this autopro , from manager to mechanics ,are very friendly, professional and helpful.. The manager even offered me a free wheel rotation and nitrogen top up for my wheels..

The mechanic is very professional and helpful.. he knows what he is doing and even help me to to solve my car's water sprayer problem in the windshield..

Good job Aris and Domingo.. Keep up the good work..

U guys probably won a new long term customer for your shop..

Dear Management,

I went to visit there to ask about about a repair cost of the car, I waited for 20 minutes & ended to go to another garage Zero customer service !!

Supervisor is busy in the phone in reception , nobody to attend the customers .

If supervisor doesn’t care , why will the employees care .

Please change the supervisor
