I am a regular client at auto pro motorcity . I gave good reviews before but I have to withdraw that. Went there for steam wash . Unfortunately can’t give a rating for Xtreme wash . Car came out dirty especially tyres and bumpers. and when I pointed out manger was not willing to accept the mistake . As per him they cover the dirt by polishing the tyre which was news to me . Asked for refund and he was happy to issue Collected my refund and left the centre . Sorry can’t recommend. They are too busy and service level has gone down .

Excellent service rendered by Jeffrey and team. Visited service center for an intermittent coolant leakage issue. Jeffrey's team consisting of Mark, Nijin and 2 more members (sorry do not remember their names) accurately diagnosed the problem to be from thermostat section of engine and fixed the issue by using silicon. This team is awesome - apart from technical skills they are also customer friendly and courteous.

Gave my car for the extreme wash worth 110 AED. They did a good job in the exterior as well as the interior cleaning.
Attention to detail was great. Highly recommend Nivas and Raaes who cleaned up the car internally.

Fabulous experience. I had been intending to clean my car for months, it was long overdue and the team did a fantastic job! Thank you Kofi Arif & Ernist for your attention to detail and for even cleaning the children car seats. Will definitely come back again & i highly recommend ????????

Brought the car in at 9am for a tire change with a promise that the task would be completed within 3 hours.
It is now 2.30pm while as I write my review and I am told I still have a 2hrs wait to take my car back.
Shame! Very bad service!

Always a great pleasure taking my car to autopro in motocity.

Welcomed and accommodated by the Supervisor Haider everytime, who makes sure my car doesn’t leave spotless!!

I wouldnt take my car anywhere else!
