My favorite Starbucks spot, always fresh and the staff are super friendly. Parking available but I prefer the drive thru all the time.

I Bought a tiny packet of ‘nuts’ a lot of which had pistachio nutshells ????????. Do better Starbucks! Value for money is a thing…

Just had the worst experience with one of their staff, his name was LALITA . I made my order and went to the window to pay. I only received one drink and asked where the other was. He said I only ordered 1 drink and need to go back around to order again. There was already a long clue, obviously now I may know the reason why and going back around would make me miss my Dr appointment. I told him I did order it as I and my wife were in the car and we each ordered something and it was not my fault if he didn’t put the order in because he repeated by my orders before I drove to the the next window. He kept insisting that I drive around and order again. This was honestly horrible and should be addressed with the employee directly as there is obviously a training gap on how to service customers. Hope this is addressed immediately!

I really like the new Starbucks shops design .. modern and cozy.
I had to wait at least 2 minutes before someone take my order which I find it bad as there was no customers ahead of me but I'm not going to focus on that.
The coffee served in a papercup was as per the franchise standards.
There are some nice sittings for those who are fans of working in a coffee shop.

This place has a nice vibe, my only issue is the Internet, it seemed only to last about 10mins max before I had to request a link to my email account, this was very annoying

Great location for a drive thru. Excellent to pop in to if you are having someone take a look at your car too as Tasjeel and repair shops are next door.
Friendly staff, quick service. Lovely jubbly.
