The hotel is so impressive. Rooms are clean and modern. Only the thing is-i can't take a bath, because the water was leaking all the time.
Thanks to manager and Iftekhar housekeeper for quick response. This hotel will become better, because they care about guests

I came last 2 days ago..
I m staying in room 345. It's very very nice room. I recommend to everyone this hotel it's near by air port. Service is very good. One of guy Rajeeb he served me breakfast very well. Also one reception guy he is good deson. Food last nice thank you

There was some minor issues I didn’t like in my room:
1- The shower water drain was clogged, it felt uncomfortable when the water accumulated above my feet while showering
2- The iron table was dirty and broken.
3- The A/C was too cold although I set temperature 26C. Maybe the temperature control unit wasn’t working properly. I had to switch it off to keep a suitable room temperature.

Positive aspects:
- Hotel staff very friendly and welcoming
-There are plenty of shops and restaurants around the hotel
-The international airport is nearby
-Overall clean hotel

Christina Bar at Avani Hotel is SUPERB! Good music, nice food, honest and warm staff, lovely ambiance. Every thing was awesome. Keep it UP

Negative: It was not a 5 star experience which I feel I paid for. Linen in the room was cheap, carpet had spots, towels were smelling with bleach and weren't soft at all. Felt like a clean 2 star hotel.

The hotel staff and management is good. I came to dubai with my friends and book my Burj khalifa ticket and car with the help of Komal Lakhani ( travel desk agent ). In my second visit I will definitely like to booked my tour by Mayra tours and also i would recommend this to my friends and family also

First of all we should agree that this shouldn’t be called an Hotel

I booked for me and my family for 6 nights and couldn’t stay more than a night !
The entrance of the hotel is common for the hotel and a night club where you can see lot of drunk ppl at the entrance of the hotel, not to mention the type of ladies that I tried to cover my children eyes to avoid seeing them till we reach the elevator ! where unfortunately found these ladies inside the elevator coming down from the hotel rooms !!!

The sound of music was very loud in my room till 4:00 am in spite of my calls to the receptionist to take an action so that I could sleep peacefully but unfortunately the things were getting worst

Finally I couldn’t understand how such an hotel is being rated as a 5 starts hotel? The furniture is very old, the mattress was not confy what so ever,
