I think overall they had great service. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is near several restaurants so you can sample different cuisines. They said there would be noise due to renovations that are going on which we didn't experience which I liked. Its near the metro station and the staff did lend us some metro cards ofcourse which we loaded and traversed the city seamlessly.

This is my last I will book in this hotel, only now I experienced that the complimentary is limited especially the water and it’s 4star hotel , I experienced from 3star hotel not like this they very generous staff and they not limiting the complimentary for the guest…
The bathtub not clean also , we need to call and ask them to clean it. Not complete kit also like toothbrush kit nothing and the slippers not ready need to call them one by one it should be all prepared before the guest will enter the rooms.

Premium Room are very good , swimming pull excess and privacy is to bed ,deep cleaning not done any days but refill accessories quantity is good , lower staff was very kind but reception staff was not soft , Breakfast was very good specially egg item was superb.

Got the room extra cheap, and it was certainly worth the price. Rooms were clean, but the view wasn't so hot. The service wasn't very great though, they kept forgetting everything I'd asked. All in all, would recommend if it happens to be cheap at the time.

Booked our stay here for 3 nights and 4 days.

The room is quiet and relaxing.

The staff is friendly and approachable.

I'm happy with the service.

The hotel location is accessible to everything.

Good location, beside a lot of shops and restaurants. Acceptable but I will not go second time. Swimming pool access it's very difficult especially for an old person or anyone having legs injury or problems. Reception was looking bored and paid maybe unmotivated remuneration. Deep cleaning it's not a common thing here. 3 pillows . But I appreciate refill for the water and coffee or tea .

Check in time is 2 pm and we have waited 2 hours to get the room.The mangers and the receptionist don't know how to treat the customer and they behave in such a manner that we are staying in free of cost. Buffet taste is good, but the menu remains the same for every day, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner stayed there for 5 day.Rooms are good

Loved the customer service, spacious bathrooms equipped with everything you imagine to make your self comfortable in the bathroom, their breakfast is continental and the best of the best in dubai
