I recently was shipping an antique clock and some other household effects from Banbury to Canada. Nadia at Mail Boxes Etc. in Banbury did an absolutely awesome job of not only carefully packing everything but virtually following the shipment through to Canada and essentially to my front door. Everything arrived with zero damage. I cant say enough about how impressive dealing with Nadia was and her team in Banbury. Would highly recommend using Nadia and her depot without hesitation. i just want to recommend Nadia and her team at mailboxes, etc in Banbury, they stored, packed and send some auction purchases to me in Australia, the packaging was exceptional, Nadia kept me informed of pricing and worked with me to ship the items and the they arrived within 5 days .

The people here were extremely helpful. I was traveling in the UK and needed to send a box international and I was running late for a flight. They helped look up address info while I was filling out forms saving me time and were just overall very pleasant to deal with. I wanted to thank them more than I could at the time but at least I can leave them a good review and tell them thank you very much for your help and hospitality.

I am so grateful for the help of the staff at Mail Boxes etc when I needed an item couriered at short notice. They are so lovely and helpful, even when the couriers could not reach the person who was supposed to take delivery they went above and beyond contacting the courier company about holding it locally short term and providing all the contact details for the delivery to be rearranged/package be collected.

Awful service and quality of packaging please beware. Damaged item due to inept packaging then told they do not do insurance. My bottle was boxed in Hamster bedding and i paid £30 for it

BEWARE: they do not have FedEx service despite what the FedEx website says. Drove 20miles to be told this, despite the FedEx signage they have all over their shop. They would not accept FedEx package.

Small Cup and Saucer to be sent to me. £31.50! Arrived in a battered box , bubble wrap and shredded newspaper (looked second hand). Fair enough they have to collect item? Well, collect 100's of items in one go. Packed using cheap second rate packaging, sent Parcel 48 (using an account) probably around £3.50. Basically a complete rip off.

When I sell this cup and saucer, I have to give free postage and it will cost me £4.45 next day delivery, Insured.

I used this firm to have a gramophone shipped to me in Germany from a local auction house in Banbury, and while it didn't quite go according to plan, all's well that ends well. I would definitely use them again if I find myself in need of their services!
