This chemist is excellent. I have dealt with them for years. Their service is friendly and professional, and delivery service so fast. .

If you are only using this pharmacy for nhs prescriptions then they are really very good. Quick, friendly service.

If you have private prescriptions they definitely aren’t. They charge a 40% mark up on the cost of the drugs. The maximum you should be charged is 20%, this is very exploitative.

More so, when I questioned it I could tell I was being BSed and couldn’t get a straight answer out of anyone. They tried to say the nhs decided the prices, which they do, or the cost of the drug not the mark up. My meds cost £52.31and they were trying to charging me £80-90. I called a pharmacy (another independent) down the road and they are going to charge me £62.

They may have thought cause it’s a private prescription that im rolling in money, when I fact I was just desperate and made a lot of cuts to do it privately.

If you have a private prescription with this pharmacy, call around and double check prices elsewhere. There is absolutely no need for a 40% mark up.

All the staff are pleasant and polite and makes you feel welcomed when going into the shop. The pharmacist is amazing and lovely aswell. The service is quick aswell for waiting on ur prescription to collect.
