Had a great experience at AWAY spa W the palm. Massage technicians were amazing and so professional. Great choice for couples seeking for pampering getaway. Our only concern is that the receptionists could be more professional and welcoming. It’s good to see happy people before starting.
I highly recommend you to try this spa, have some detox water, some massage and sauna. They will offer at the end some herbal teas and snacks to chill after you finish the session. And Service can be way better and luxurious for the amount of money you’re paying.

Amazing place…. Great therapist Mr Faj he did my nails and massage very professional way …. The place is clean peaceful spa very professional and friendly all the staff! Really must visit when you are in Dubai.

Not great tbh. From the good - masseuse was nice and professional. From the bad - one woman at the reception seemed a bit rude. The smell in the spa: it smelled like hotel laundry/towels; it would be great to smell lemongrass or something like that.

I been in over 1000 places over the world but such place never seen from a-z really thank you for the amazing hosting and care and smile that you have in your face.

Nice spa, the massage was amazing! Very relaxing atmosphere, with some complimentary tea after the treatment to make the most of the relaxation.

No use of other spa facilities is possible, e.g. jacuzzi, sauna. Not sure if this is because of Covid or general policy.

Changing rooms are a bit small.

I was not impressed. For the kind of money they charge they need to provide better service than mall spas but I most definitely receive much better service for a quarter of a price from mall spas and cheaper spas around dubai. If you want a lux experience this is definitely not the spa to experience in especially since you are wasting it on facilities that are not open due to Covid such as sauna and steam rooms. Waste of money and I regret having wasted my time here.
