They never respond to calls
They never keep their promises
Customer service is so so bad
They don't keep previous records of repairs
If there was zero rating is what I would have given .

i took my car after an accident happened, although i was not happy to deal with that shop at all, since they kept me waiting 7 days just to find a spare parts from the company, once i visited them i found the owner, and he is really nice person and a man of word, which he promised me to finish the car on time and that what happened later, this is why i gave them 4 stars. if you have problem please contact Mr. Vikas, he is the man which will make your life happy.

If you need a good care and genuine service this is one stop shop. The staff is very effective , owner Mr Vikas takes care himself for customer service excellence.

The service they offer are also very prompt and efficient.

I am getting treated my vehicles here from years now.

This is one of the best garages in Al Gusais/Al Nahda area, the owner Mr Vikash is friendly and the staffs are professional,friendly, English speaking and I must appreciate their skills to restore an accident car to its previous look. My BMW had an accident and I gave it to them and the day I got it back, i was happy seeing how nicely they did their works! I would definitely recommend this garage to others. Good wishes for Mr Vikas and his team!

This workshop didnt even deserve even a shadow of a star. I had a very terrible experience with this workshop a while back. My insurance company which is DNRD, chosed this workshop for me,for sure they're the cheapest. (some morons scratch the paint and bumped my car then run away) I left my car with them as discussed. a week passed,i called them to check if it's done.they said done and that u can pick it up anytime. I reached the workshop,I was horrified to see my car outside the garage,so dirty.I went straight inside and screamed at them.they told me relax,someone brought inside a car altima same color as mine,can u imagine,they dont know which is my car?and who knows what they did to the other car which I assumed,they did the same as the requirement of my car. (sorry for the owner of that car who didnt know whats happening) so I called insurance,insurance told me that after a day they will finish my car,that would be friday (who works on friday?and do u think painting will be finished in a day?they didnt even finish for a week) But then again,I waited.saturday,they called me that my car was ready,again I went to take it.imagine my horror again,they did one side of the painting which in fact,i had 2 claims which means,both sides should be painted with scratch. I dunno what will I call them?you say what u want to say if you will be in my situation. to cut the story short,I was able to take my car like 10 or 11days for minor scratch and paint?the 3rd time finally I was able to get my car,they called me that it was ready but when I arrived,there were still some works to do,paint were all over the place,it wasnt clean yet,interior was very dirty. can u imagine my disgust how can they do that to me. I directly brought my car to emarat for a total cleanup. I called the insurance.I have told them the case. they told me they will remove axix workshop from their list of garage. I dont know if its true. Im just warning you about this workshop. I dont want u to experience my horror,disappointments,hurt and all. My car was brand new,still 2 yrs with me,I cared for it. I nver put it under the sun for so long let alone 10days. to those people,you know who you are,you know what u did was true.so you deserve this.

I got a car accident and has to come to this garage to fix my car. They open my car quickly, but once it's finished the rear censor still not fixed. I have to go back and forth. But finally today, all are fixed. Thanks to Vikas and Haroon. They really meant their words and responsible. I even got 1 year warranty for the fixing
