I cannot recommend this Garage enough! From the beginning all staff have been amazing. Munazam has made sure all the checks I wanted done were quick and thorough! I had my window fixed and everything was communicated to me very well.
The Costs of their services/repairs are very very reasonable.

Best car garage/maintenance experience I've had in Dubai. Maria is fantastic, very transparent, and keeps you updated every day. All my issues and the work my Audi needed, were resolved within a very short time. The customer service is personalized and very smooth. Also one great approach they use, they always provide options, unlike most garages.

For any car servicing/maintenance, I'd highly recommend reaching out to them, Maria specifically.

I have been using Orange Auto to service my VW Polo for years. Very professional and transparent team, who tells things as they are and provides suggestions and options. Special thanks to Berna, who is very responsive, and always takes good care of my requests. I deeply appreciate her support and honesty. I had great experience dealing with Orange Auto team all around.

Extremely helpful staffs. Maria did exactly what a customer service representative should do in a situation like I have. She go beyond and make sure that my issues can be be resolved. Good job! And also to Mehilal for fixing the headlights and back light on car plate. Been using their services even before. Highly recommended garage.

Because of the the Supervisor named Munazer, my experience ended up being terrible. He is handling everything while he is inexperienced with the tinting and customer service. I was unsure about which tinting and he made me more unsure and when I approached the technical guy who Applies it he didn't want me to speak to him. After agreeing to start. The technical guy opend the film and I asked him if this the right type and color. Munzaer interrupted asking me not to ask them and let themdo the job. They started cutting the film and I noticed the color is different so I asked again is this the type and color we agreed on and then then it turned out to be the wrong one . So I told munazer see and u don't want me to ask. He started blaming me rather than apologizing of the mistake that was about to happen and it's corrected because I wanted to make sure. He was no respectful and reaptrdly putting the blame on me and saying that I should have been in the waiting area only.
