I used the service of this company and its partnership in Kazakhstan. We made a tour to Dubai for 3 months (of course, not free). Due to quarantine, they said you will not be able to enter the country, but they said all fees will be returned to us. It turns out that the Dubai Immigration Service decided to return all fees (up to a penny) to those who did not manage to use their visa. Only through the travel agency you have issued a cat. I spoke to them, they say: Wait, we don't know anything about refunds. We will contact Dubai and let you know. So 6-7 months have passed. Still in pending mode ... so I advise you further from this company !!!
