This seller has extremely poor ethics and even worse customer service. They gave false tracking information even when they didn’t ship the item. I placed an order on the 8th and they couldn’t ship my items. They didn’t contact me regarding this and wasted my time until the 15th when I contacted them. Please avoid such businesses and save your precious time.

I had placed an order for seasoning via Amazon. But for some reason they failed to deliver on the promised date. I had to call the shop directly a few times and there was a staff called Pradip. He was remarkable. The Amazon delivery didn't show up so he waited till the closing of his shop and personally delivered it to me . That was an amazing gesture. Thank you Pradip.

If you buy from this place they will call and bother you million times to ask for your opinion about the products you bought from them and ask you to put a review. This is the second time you wake me up from my sleep so you can get a review. Here you go. One star and I wish I can put worse. I put food from your place why the hell do you want to know if the food was good or not? Isn’t one time enough or you are desperate for a review? The food I bought was frozen octopus, I will use it whenever I want, I don’t need you to call me million times to ask if I used it or not.

Poor Service. Order was processing for a week and over the following week called them 5 times. I was promised a call back with an update. Instead the order was canceled. Lucky I opted for Pay on Dilivery. I wouldn't buy from them again. Dont be fooled by the prices.

Their premium egg white liquid is the worst product ever! It has artificial flavour and colour. Don't ever buy from them.

I made the order which was supposed be delivered next day, next day they called me and said that they don't have delivery man available so delivery will be made the day after. So on the day of arranged delivery I called them few times, and they was informing that the delivery man is making other orders and supposed to arrive to me by 4 pm, I then contacted them at 4 pm ( AS NO ONE ARRIVED OR EITHER CALLED) , they informed me that they have CANCEL my order COZ THE PRODUCT IS NOT AVAILABLE!!! If you don't have any products available you need to inform your clients when they make the order, not let them wait your delivery for 2 days, and then cancel the order without any notification! Very bad orginised company, wasting time of their costumers!!! It was my FIRST and LAST time to order.

They don't deliver on time (over a week delay) and frozen food arrives completely defrosted! Besides, their customer service is the worst in the UAE. Never order from this venue. I'll be filing an official complaint.

I found the quality really bad and unhygienic. They don't do anything to preserve the food. The fruits and vegetable delivered to me were rotten. And the dairy product I ordered was not as good as it seems.
Very disappointing service.
