Azure residences is a very noisy building, it is for people who are not looking for peace. This is my second year here and it has gotten a lot worse than it was. What once was called a private beach is not a private beach anymore. It is for anyone who wants to go to the new restaurant. The restaurant took all of the beach and they also added a divider which is so annoying. I have not seen anyone from other apartments do that besides Azure. This just blocks the view and the open relaxing area. The colors that they added for the restaurant are so in your face that you can't find peace in the natural beach colors. The parking lot is always full because of the people going to the restaurant. In a nutshell, this place is not a good place to live in a long term for people who want peace.

I don't understand the negative reviews here. The location is excellent and the view from the east side is priceless. You are right on the sea, the Sultan's palace with its park is just 500 m away and you have a view of the Burj Al Arab. You can even see Burj Khalifa from here. The building is in excellent condition and the staff is very friendly. There is ample covered parking, a top equipped gym with a priceless view of Palm Jumeirah from the roof top floor, a perfectly tempered swimming pool and a beach club. The location is very central and it is still very quiet (top floor). I couldn't give a higher recommendation

Don't book this place through any online platform like Booking, Agoda, Air BNB... The agency Air DXB was horrible in managing the place. They came late to check me in, the guy, Kifoto Georfrey didn't even think to apologize. Missed important calls because of that. Could not even have a friend over either they made everything so super complicated. Money is better spent elsewhere where you actually get treated nicely. Too expensive for what you get. Outside area very noisy as well. There is a reason why they don't list the name of this place on Agoda, so many bad reviews.

There's no parking allocated and beach access was recently further restricted to a small patch of sand. Lots of issues with Noise from the beach club and the nearby district cooling station functioning from May to October. Also walking outdoor from lifts on the balconies it's not pleasant and causes humidity issues on the doors facing directly outdoor temperatures and sun in the afternoons. There's also some issues with water furniture and Central air conditioning.

Overpriced. Building is very noisy doesn’t matter which side is facing either going to be the boats passing by or the traffic. Unreasonable rules by Nakheel about visitors and maintenance needing an approval to access your apartment even if emergency. Security stops you at the beach to ask you where you’re going and tell you you’re not allowed to go further than in front of your building? Used to be quiet and private beach now there’s two new beach clubs opening and another restaurant is being build right in front of the building which ruins the privacy of the lower apartments. Absolutely overpriced.

The apartment is nice but I am very disappointed with everything that happens in the building. The maintenance team is working with the drill everyday and the infinity pool is closed ????. I am here on a 10 days holiday and not only I don't enjoy the pool but also I have to pray for that drill noise not to start when my baby is sleeping.
