Verry Bad and poor Costomer service
I call them 100 times I have placed order through whatsapp and they not Bothered to open, the message I call in landline same thing no one pick up the call.

Good location, bad service ( i waited the room for 1 hour + I waited the luggage for 20 mins) moreover I have a baby 10 months) so unhappy.

Although next to beach , access to the beach and facilities is paid seperately, what a shame.

Cleanness and maintainance is an issue as it is generally in the palm jumeirah.

Have not long moved in and so far the only thing that deserves stars is the view! Such an amazing location, a real shame as the place could do so well. We were sold the apartment with the expectation of being able to access a private beach a pool and a gym but we were kicked off the beach and were told we had to have a shoreline card, kicked out of the pool area and told we had to have an access card, and the gym is not ready! Security are very rude and unhelpful both on the beach and in the resident reception area! So disappointed in this place and will most likely be fighting to leave early.
