Cashier/ Manager gives no explanation or doesn't have a rate card to justify the charge.
I am surprised Govt. of Dubai has not yet cracked down on such shops over charging and ripping off consumers in Dubai.

This time I visited the place on Thursday, 10 September for the same services which always costs my 100 AED (60 for hair cut and 40 for beard trimming). Usually I book the appointment with Mr. Yasir and I did the same this time. After haircut and beard trim, Mr. Yasir applied a black wax to my face without asking me. He said it's very good for taking out dirt from the face and excess hair..I never had asked for this service and he never asked me my permission to do it. Instead at the time of billing Yasir charged 160 AED ( 60 AED extra for the waxing that I never asked for). I said I was under the impression that waxing was complimentary since it was done without my permission and without asking me. This is highly unprofessional. I did not argue and paid the full bill but I will not go back to this place since I lost the trust and I feel this place is unprofessional with this behaviour.

I would rank it the best Salon in Dubai!
I would LOVE to go there again and I sure will.
They got the best staff and it’s like I’m getting a vip treatment.
Their service was clean and excellent
It was a wonderful experience!
