I’m very upset for the service that I had this time!! This is not the first time I ordered biryani non spicy but still they are giving spicy biryani!!! I even ordered my biryani to their manager (Mr. Faisal) but then still give my order wrong and how he communicated with me is very disappointing!! He don’t know how to handle customer requests and even not familiar with regular customers!! Hope to give an action for this issue!

Their Tandoori Mexicy is good. One of our favorites.

I have tried their Shawarma as well as their Chai. Both are average. Their Lemon Mint Mojito is okay but they could add mint leaves to make it somehow authentic.

What they can also improve on is the cleanliness of the outdoor eating area. They should always check and clean the area after every customer because sad to say, some customers are really messy and they leave and throw their stuff all over the place. I’ve been there several times and I’ve seen tissues and even some masks on the floor.

Ordered Snack Meal take away and it's worst food which was provided to me. The whole fried chicken is completely burnt and it tasted horrible. Have to throw them away and worst experience.

Worst service i have ever experienced. The staff are in different world! Come to the restaurant and even sit for an hour they never approach you. They need to learn to smile and at-least teach them some manners

I ordered 3 Chicken Paratha at 11:00am i called them 3 times to follow up my order, my order came at 12:30pm

New Delma Cafe(DIFC) is beside the Office Building where i work Emirates Financial Towers(DIFC) ????????????

The fried chicken and fries (DFC meals) are even better than KFC + its half the price. Enjoyed our meal.

Very disappointed.I have ordering from Delma several times.they can't make simple thing correct.always sending wrong order or sending half.and always wasting a lot time of customers.I'm 10 minutes away from restaurant but they taking 2 hrs for delivery.even end of the time it's wrong order.very unprofessional staff. Who is taking order through phone very rude and careless guy.no respect to customer.I'm definitely not recommend this restaurant.dissaster one.if I can make 0 star I definitely will.because 1 star also not worthy for them.

Really nice friendly staff and general layout of store is good, big range of products and the stock levels are always good when I've been in there, great community shop and other helpful services are available like parcel ???? returns services, national lottery ????????

Has to be the worst shop I have ever been in, far to small,the staff have no sense of urgency, and if there is a big long queue no one has the sense to call another member of staff until the queue has reached the other end of the shop.Only live around the corner but would rather shop elsewhere.
