Dubai Al Satwa, Fresh Mart Supermarket is one of the best stores ever. They keeps good quality in it. Everything you can find in these store very easily with the helps of amazing staff. They are cooperative along with having nature of ready to help in there busy timing .Price's of each products at reasonable price so very one can buy. I recommend must buy groceries , fruits and vegetables

It’s unbelievable how these people deal with the customer. Such a worst customer service! You order from them by whatsapp, but it will take 1 to 2 hours for their reply. They will never ask for apology for their late reply. They put in their whatsapp QUICK DELIVERY, but they should put WORST DELIVERY. These people don’t know how to communicate with the customers! Better to order in small groceries.

First of all i would like to thanks all the staff in fresh mart by recommending fresh items such as vegetables, meat,fruits etc.. and also I really appreciate the staff for their being approachable, kin andd responsible .

Very bad in customer service I will not recommend to anyone to buy in this shop better you close u guys they don’t know how to communicate your customer..ordering by WhatsApp 3to4hrs will reply poor communication????????????
