Haldiram is a new entrant at Dubai JLT dining district. Hailing from India, I have been a huge fan of Haldiram namkeens, sweets and their yummy food back home and I was ecstatic when they opened up their outlet in Dubai. The decor is quiet simple with neat and clean interiors and nothing really fancy but pretty decent.

We started off with their Dahi puri and aloo chole tikki chaat. Dahi puri was superbly delicious with burst of flavours from sweet n green chutney complementing beautifully with the sweet yoghurt. Chole aloo tikki was a regular fare and was a bit of let down . Moving on we had veg tandoori platter a wholesome platter with two types of paneer tikkas, hara bhara kebabs, luscious grilled mushrooms, stuffed potato etc. Almost all the kebabs was grilled to perfection, not overladen of masalas and was just right amount of spices and went so well with green chutney and sliced onion alongside.

For mains, we had to have chole bhature. Puffed up non oily bhature and went pretty well with the chole alongside. For desserts we had moong dal halwa and jalebi rabdi, both were aptly sweet n those crispy hot jalebis were lip smacking delicious. Service was friendly and swift and staff was eager for any feedback provided. Overall, definitely recommended for a yummy Indian food dining experience in and around JLT area.

Oh this place is a newly opened restaurant and just amazing to satiate your chaat tastebuds. We had one of the best Raj kachori, dahi puri and Jammu poori which was served with Chole, alu ki sabzi and kaddu ki sabzi. We also tried their veg platter which had kebabs, Malai Paneer, alu grilled and was just perfect in flavours and grilled with the right amount of spices. We also tried Fresh orange juice and Sweet Lassi which were fresh too. They also have amazing sweets range and their Jalebi rabri is fingerlicking good. The matka kulfi was amazing too. Do try this newly opened joint for amazing chaats and North Indian style sweets.

I highly recommend this place and 5 stars from my side for the scrumptious chaats they serve.

Nothing good except the name.
Had breakfast

Price : Breakfast menu price is AED 10 and less (as in the pic)

Ordered : Stuffed Gobi paratha, tea and Poha

Service : Very poor.
Paratha came first. I asked for Sugar for yogurt but waiter was not interested, asked several times.
Then came tea after asking several times.
Poha never came till I finished Paratha.
They need better waiters.

Taste: Paratha was not properly stuffed, felt normal paratha.
Tea was good.

AC was on. Setting is fine

@haldiram_uae is a newly opened restaurant at JLT. For us Indians this restaurant doesn't need an introduction...it's one of the famous brands in India.

Started with Pani Puri & Raj Kachori....my favourite was the Raj Kachori with awesome flavours.
Then we were served the Tandoori Platter which had a mix of Grilled Paneer, Potatos, Mushrooms & Hara Bhara Kebab. It was served along with green chutney & onions. Perfect in flavour!!!
Then we tried the Chole Bhature & Samosa along with Karak Chai. Samosa was crisp and went well with the tea. We ended out meal with jalebi which was crispy and hot. Just the way we wanted!!!

If you are around JLT do check out @haldiram_uae ...I am sure you will like it.

If you are an Indian and in love with sweets & snacks, then this is surely your place. The sweets are scrumptious and are worth the money. You can also enjoy other snacks which are equally delicious.

I came to know about this place by chance, and have been here for breakfast and dinner. The sitting is decent but it's slightly hot, it seems like AC is not functional there. As I am from Indore (the food capital of India) and a big foodie too, I found this place has a good taste food. It is a budget place having good taste and friendly staff. I have had dinner and breakfast here including these dishes:
Masala Dosa 4/5
Aloo paratha 4/5
Mango lassi 5/5
Tea 4/5
Sev puri 4/5
Manchurian 4/5
Vada pav 4.5/5
Tandoori platter 4.5/5
Raj kachori 4.5/5
Grilled sandwich 3.5/5

The only thing which needs to be resolved is the AC problem.

Good food, terrible attitude!

I decided to try the restaurant since I found their branch in Sharjah Safari Mall good.

We had breakfast and the food was infact good. The service is a complete letdown. The washroom was completely dirty and when I mentioned the same to the waiter, he started giving excuses as to why it is dirty and this is what he can do!

4 star for food and
1 star for service .

Yesterday i went there, we have ordered Samosa and found hairs in the samosa when I complaint about that to cashier he advise me just remove the hairs and can eat the samosa he makes fully upset, couple of month back same scenario in Bhatoora, see how Shree Haldi ram maintaining hygiene and attitude behaving staff when we are complaining about it.
