I was craving some eggplant parmigiana and Tiziano’s popped up as an option. Food was delicious. It reminded me of dishes I had in Little Italy, NYC.

No car park so you have to find somewhere on nearby residential roads. But once inside it is fine.
Good seating alongside the pitch.
Nice bar with rolls, no hot food.
Pitch fine.

Good old fashioned non league football ground.... Very friendly, the woman behind the tea counter was brilliant at serving the large crowd when cockfosters played Dunstable...talk about multi tasking...she was flipping burgers while serving drinks and more... great afternoon spent there

Had a good time and enjoyed the match, especially that it was an FA Cup tie. The ground is a bit run down, but it has some kind of character to it. Also the club is literally within minutes walk from Cockfosters tube station.

Lovely staff, parking was very tight but that's football, would go again.

Nice little stadium, friendly atmosphere and a decent clubhouse. A really convenient location to those who are travelling by public transport and an ideal groundhop!

Pitch could've been better as it slopes. Balls kept going outta play, needed nets up. Not very many seats to sit on. Very hard to park. No refreshments that I could see.

A very pleasant small Step 5 ground with friendly atmosphere. On my visit there was no programme or draught beer

Lovely football club and very welcoming.

They have been hit hard by the covid policies and hopefully they will come back stronger
