Really disappointed in their customer service and how they operate. I bought a 10 class package during the summer for my two babies for a specific location. Once they stopped classes at that location I was no longer able to take my kids because of how far and inconvenient it was. I still have 3 remaining classes that I paid for that I have asked time and again for a refund. Their customer support on whatsapp is HORRIBLE. Overall extremely inappropriate. I still would like my refund for 3 classes.

Very disappointing and stressful experience. We availed their 1hr entertainment birthday package + 2hr (2-4pm) rent of the venue for our son’s first birthday. We decided to do the decor ourselves and we were given 30mins to set up before the party and 30mins after the party to pack up. In total we had an agreement of 3hrs (1:30-4:30pm). We arrived at the venue a little bit early (1:15pm) to ensure we’re all ready to set-up the birthday place once we’re allowed in at the agreed time. Unfortunately before we even start setting up we were told we cannot have our birthday party at the venue as events are not allowed! There was no one from Baby Sensory team present to greet us and assist us with the “issue”. We only had 30mins to set-up — we prepared and planned well and this happened! All throughout the session the building security kept coming back and said we had to leave the venue by 4pm! We had to rush our birthday program! While eating we were also packing the place! By 4pm the place was cleared! Then one of the Baby Sensory team came and said we’re allowed til 4:30pm! It was all too late to tell us we have the place until 4:30 when everything is packed and everyone is gone! There should have been someone from Baby Sensory present during the entire event to ensure all runs smoothly, or we should have been informed where to find them if we need assistance. Poor service!

Horrible customer service. They are more interested in making money than providing a wholesome experience for children. My nephew was only able to attend 2 classes before lockdown happened due to COVID and even almost a year later, they have made no efforts to compensate for the missed classes. Not to mention that they charged TWICE and have refused accountability for that, instead daring to question the authenticity of our claims. I would give zero stars if possible. Shameful.

My 4 years old son loves Mini Professor classes. He attends the classes weekly and barely can't wait to return to new ones. Always great activities!

Thank you very much for being a happy and safe place for both of my kids for the past three years ❤️❤️, we always have a wonderful time in the classes myself included ???????? ❤️❤️

My kids love the classes , teachers and the activities,, They joined baby sensory the. Toddler senses ,, you can see real improvement in the child ,, Love it
