Thank you Nofel for recommending me this product. SOAK is just wonderful product. Best in the market I have tried so far. SOAK 4000 puffs comes with types C included which is very nice and SOAK 1500 puff is very comfy.

Very unprofessional staff and very disappointing. their service is not U.A.E. standards. i visited there shop almost a month ago in Marina to buy a russian shisha. the guy convinced me buy one that was more expensive saying is high quality and it gives light shades. and it does nothing. most of the accessories are alredy rusty (less than a month of usage) which is very dangerous. i have sent them a message to inform them, they did read the message but never replied. not recommended
