Avoid buying from the online BabyShop-store! I bought an item for the baby stroller and requested to return it, they collected it 38 days, but until now, they didn't issue a refund! They don't know that they have received the item, and every time I speak with their CS, they will give me fake promises and lies! Every single time I was explaining the case from A-Z because nobody did his/her Job. Even the upper management was giving me lies. You guys deserve -5 stars. Learn how to be honest with your customers instead of lying and keep giving useless apologies. I spoke with 7 CS agents and 2 Managers, NO BODY SOLVE THIS NORMAL REQUEST.

I have been purchasing toys for my kid from last couple of years and it was quite good quality though they are expensive.However the recent purchase made in the shop was disappointing as I had to exchange the items twice due to incomplete set in the box. Plz be aware and check the package prior billing.
Staff in the store are unprofessional and rude. Don’t t expect any kind Customer service from them.They just don’t care.

I've been in baby shop centre point, thank you for the approachable staff Maritess as I've remembered she help me a lot since I don't know what to buy for a gift, I would like to recommend this shop they have a lot of choices, gift items and bundles....ambience so great,!!

The worse service we’ve ever had to deal with in the UAE.
Ordered our infant car seat, with the promise of next day delivery in time for the delivery of our new born baby to arrive.
It is now over a week late, we’ve called every single day, customer support team promises it’ll arrive today or tomorrow, no effort put in, no investigation, just don’t worry we promise it’ll be resolved. And guess what, each day it isn’t.
I’m customer service land we call this ‘passing the buck’ , when the customer calls back they’ll get a new person to complain to and I won’t have to deal with this. Not even a supervisor has been able to give us any resolve at all. We have offer our own recommendations to problem solve such as picking it up ourselves, going into their store and grabbing the same one from the store, refund so we can get another one. But no, ‘sorry company policy’.
We still have no answer or inkling of answer as to where our car seat is as I sit here going into Labour.
The most outrageously bad customer service that just does not make sense to me at all.
I would discourage anyone to purchase anything for their babies off Babyshop online. Save yourself the hassle and headache.

Worse online shop. No option for returning packages in their original packaging. No option for gift wrapping. Not recommended for use if you want to buy a gift for someone

Very bad experience buying online!!!
They promised same-day delivery but that's not true (as I can see other reviews here!). It's being more than 48 hours calling their call center but nothing solved yet! Everyday receive msg "Out for Delivery", but never come.
They simply cheat client about delivery date to sell the product! Very unprofessional! Was the last time I buy from them online

Non-cooperating staff, no one responses at time, I wasted half hour for packing and no one responded I came back, very bad experience, centrepoint should focus on customer satisfaction as well..

Sizing of some clothes is not relevant to the size mentioned
After discount too clothes are very expensive as compare to similar stores
