The associate is really helpful with his smile,he assist me to choose and suggest lots.and well explained.
And am always choose splash product,
All product was simply easy to ware and cloth was different quality,you can choose either full cotton or mix,all deferent pricing,
And best offer price is going on,I think it’s available all centre point.
Now they are strictly informing to customer that you can’t try product,you have to try sample pieces only,which is my chosen was not in sample section,then how can i do trial for what I need exactly.
Which is not acceptable,Managment need to change your policy.
And finally we need to pay 25 fils for paper bag, counter staff was forcing to pay,finally they don’t have changes,staff was really struggling to manage,
Am almost 10 years splash customer,today I felt very bad,
The terrible experience,i will not expect from centre point.

Disappointed, centrepoint is charging for paper bags in the name of charity, I left my shopping worth a thousand dhs on the counter, and I'm not ever shopping from them again.
Charity is a personal choice and those who want to give charity give themselves, no one should be entitled to force others to pay it.

Centerpoint - Good space Available different style of clothing, home collections, baby shop. Some time we get good deals, prices are reasonable. Specially need to improve on quick billings counters.

I was in Ur burdbubai branch today. I had very bad experience in Ur cash warp,. Cashier didn't great nor smile instead of that he was showing his attitude and ignoring what I was saying to him. Today when my wife finished payment my baby girl grabbed the lollipop I was just there infornt of cash and I gave him to scan the barcode but he didn't assist me right way just ignored with very rude body language and nod his head by showing to the way back without single word and smile. Even it wasn't busy. His name is kripan. Center point needs to train their staffs how to interact and welcome with customers at least.

Faced a very bad service at Centerpoint (Burjman) at the cashier. The cashier staff (Ms.Rethah) was very rude in the handling customers. When requested for for a Blazer cover, she impolitely behaved and was very rude. I am a frequent centerpoint customer, and this is one of the first times I have faced such a issue.

Its been 17 days that i have been asking for a return no one came to received the order,they automatically cancelled and sent a message for a new return.Worst customer service ????????????????
